Purchase a Sizing Kit: Before purchasing the COLMI R02 smart ring, we strongly recommend that you purchase the COLMI sizing kit or measure your finger size according to the size chart to help you choose the correct ring size for a comfortable fit and to avoid unnecessary returns or exchanges.
Choose your finger: For the best perfommance and accuracy, we recommend wearing your ring on your index finger. lf you'd preferanother, the middle and ring can work as wel. Avoid fingers where the base is narrower than the knuckle.
Wearing position: The sensor inside your ring should be on the palm side of your finger. The ring should fit securely andcomfortably around your finger's base.
Test the fit: Make a fist while wearing the sizing ring.lf you see a gap between the top of your finger and the inside of thering, try a smaller size. Note: lf the ring is too loose, it will affect the accuracy of monitoring data.
Try it on for 24 hours: Your fingers naturally expand and contract,so we recommend wearing your sizing ring for at least 24 hours toconfirm the best fit.
Important sizing notice: Rings may shift during shipping. Do not rely on the serial number slot on the box to determine your size. Please check the engraving on the flat surface of each ring. The number on the ring is the only accurate size.
